Terms of Service

WA Web Plus is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc. in any way.

The use of WA Web Plus is entirely at the user's own risk. We are not responsible for any consequences that may arise from using the extension, including but not limited to temporary or permanent bans, restrictions, or suspension of your WhatsApp account.

Activities such as bulk messaging, spamming, automated outreach, or any other behavior that violates WhatsApp's Terms of Service may result in action taken by WhatsApp against your account. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their usage complies with WhatsApp's policies.

WA Web Plus shall not be held liable for any legal claims, damages, losses, or risks incurred by the user or the owner of the WhatsApp account as a result of misuse of the tool or violation of WhatsApp's Terms of Service.

By subscribing to WA Web Plus, you agree to an auto-renewing subscription billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on your selected plan).

You may cancel your subscription at any time using the cancellation link in the payment confirmation email from Paddle (our payment provider) or in the license key email sent by us.

Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of the initial subscription if the extension did not meet your needs or expected features did not work.

Refund requests for previous billing cycles where the service was available but unused, or where the user was unaware of the recurring nature of the subscription, will not be honored.

Refund processing may take a few hours to initiate. Funds typically arrive within 5–7 business days to your card or PayPal account.

WA Web Plus™ is a trademark of Elbruz Technologies. All rights, title, and interest in the WA Web Plus™ name, logo, brand identity, website content, extension code, and documentation are the exclusive property of Elbruz Technologies.

The following are strictly prohibited without prior written consent:

- Copying, cloning, reverse-engineering, or decompiling the extension

- Creating derivative works or competing products based on WA Web Plus™

- Using the WA Web Plus™ name or brand in any unauthorized manner

- Scraping or redistributing content from the WA Web Plus™ website
